Information you provide directly. We collect information you voluntarily submit through our forms:

• Contact form: first and last name, work email, organization, area of interest, message content
• Waitlist form: work email, organization, role

Information collected automatically. We use Vercel Analytics to understand aggregate site traffic (page views, referrers, general geographic region). Vercel Analytics is cookieless — it does not set persistent identifiers and does not track individual users across sessions. No IP addresses are stored. We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, or any other third-party tracking or advertising pixels.

Threat Intelligence Portal access. When you authenticate to the threat intelligence portal at /intel, we set a strictly necessary session cookie to keep you signed in. See Section 3 below for details.

3. Cookies We Use

We use cookies sparingly and only where they are strictly necessary for the site to function. We do not use tracking, advertising, or third-party analytics cookies.

• intel_session — an authentication cookie set only when you sign in to the threat intelligence portal. It keeps you logged in for the duration of your session. HttpOnly, Secure, SameSite=Strict. Scoped to /intel.

Because we rely only on strictly necessary cookies, no cookie consent banner is required under the GDPR ePrivacy Directive or similar frameworks.

4. How We Use Your Information

Information submitted through our contact or waitlist forms is used solely to respond to your inquiry, notify you when products become available, and determine whether our products may be a fit for your organization. Aggregate analytics data is used to understand how visitors find and use the site. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Data Retention

We retain form submissions only as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry, maintain the waitlist, and support reasonable business record-keeping. You may request deletion of your information at any time by emailing us at info@jackalgrp.com.

6. Third-Party Services

We use a small number of third-party services to operate the site. Each processes data only as necessary to deliver its function and is bound by its own privacy policy.

• Vercel — website hosting and deployment
• Vercel Analytics — cookieless aggregate traffic analytics
• Resend — transactional email delivery for contact form and waitlist notifications
• Cloudflare — DNS management for jackalgrp.com
